Augustus, 27 BC-AD 14. Denarius (Silver, 21 mm, 4.03 g, 12 h), Pergamum (?), circa 27 BC. CAESAR Bare head of Augustus to right. Rev. AVGVSTVS Bull standing right. BMC 662. Cohen 28. RIC 475. A beautifully toned example with a particularly impressive portrait. Light scratches and a graffito of Φ on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.
